Android 17 has returned for the first time since the Android arc, and he is now working as a wildlife ranger on a remote island. Despite his newfound employment and family, Android 17 has not stopped training. That training enabled him to survive until the very end of the Tournament of Power.

Kale Is Only Now Getting The Hang Of Her Powers

With the creation of a sibling Universe for Universe 7, a new generation of Saiyans has emerged. These Saiyans had no concept what a Super Saiyan was until meeting Goku and Vegeta.

While Cabba and Caulifla could transform into typical Super Saiyans, the shy Kale achieved a more powerful Super Saiyan form. Kale’s Super Saiyan transformation most closely resembles Broly’s Legendary Super Saiyan transformation. Kale, like Broly, initially lacked control over her new form before becoming an almost unstoppable force for Universe 6.

Few characters strike fear into the hearts of the Z-Fighters like Frieza. Frieza’s reign of terror had initially come to an end shortly after Namek in the early days of Dragon Ball Z. Frieza, wiser by experience, has began to do something he had never done before in his life: train.

While Frieza and his acquired Golden form met a painful end during the Resurrection F arc, Goku enlisted Frieza’s support for the Tournament of Power with the promise of life. Frieza fought alongside Goku, eliminating Jiren, proving Goku’s odd trust in Frieza to do what’s best for Universe 7. Frieza’s numerous appearances demonstrated his might and determination to eventually kill Goku, despite the fact that many fans had grown bored of seeing him.

In Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, Gamma 2 is the second of two new Androids introduced. Piccolo believed both Gammas were roughly on par with Goku and Vegeta in terms of power, though it’s unclear whether Piccolo meant Goku and Vegeta in their most powerful forms. While Gamma 1 battled Gohan, Gamma 2 battled Piccolo.

Piccolo Finally Received A Major Powerup

Few Dragon Ball characters have been around as long as Piccolo. Piccolo, who first appeared as the primary antagonist during the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament, has since shifted to the good side. Piccolo continues to strive for greater strength while keeping an eye on his pupil, Gohan.

In Super Hero, Piccolo learns of the plot of the revived Red Ribbon Army to unleash Cell Max. Knowing that Goku and Vegeta are off training on Beerus’ planet, Piccolo gets his potential unlocked, similar to Gohan, thanks to Shenron. Shenron also added an extra bonus, which was later revealed to be a new transformation dubbed “Orange Piccolo.” In this form, Piccolo easily outmatches Gamma 2, but still falls short of Cell Max.

Cell Max was flawed, but it was still extremely powerful.

Cell is the newest villain to return in a Dragon Ball movie. This new and enhanced Cell is not the same Cell Gohan killed during the Cell saga.

Dr. Hedo built Cell Max utilizing Dr. Gero’s partial and unclear data. Cell Max can’t regenerate. Dr. Hedo still created a Cell stronger than Dr. Gero’s. Universe 11 was the only one that stayed in for the duration of the Tournament of Power alongside Universe 7, and a significant contributor to their triumph was Top. Vegeta’s pride has been consistent throughout the series. It is one of the most important driving reasons that has helped him to new heights of strength, which he has accomplished in spectacular fashion. When Vegeta first appeared in Dragon Ball Z, he was without a doubt the most powerful character that had been shown up to that point.

Since that time, Vegeta has had an uncanny ability to look beneath the surface of his adversaries and unearth a reservoir of strength that enables him to triumph over them. Broly’s Power Exceeds Maximum In Dragon Ball Super

Broly was added to the canon, which is one of the most impressive things that Dragon Ball Super did. He is also a much more interesting character. Broly, who used to be evil and crazy and was the focus of three scream-filled Dragon Ball Z movies, now has a story that is fully fleshed out and makes you feel for him.

Broly was so strong in Dragon Ball Super: Broly that Goku and Vegeta had to combine into Gogeta to beat him. In Super Hero, Goku and Vegeta train with Broly on the planet of Beerus. Broly still doesn’t know how to use his huge powers, though. No one knows how strong Broly could get once he does.

Jiren

You can’t talk about the fighters of Universe 11 without bringing up the character who is by far the most dangerous opponent Goku has ever faced in the Dragon Ball series.

If Goku hadn’t unlocked and then mastered Ultra Instinct during his fights with Jiren, Jiren would have easily beaten Goku in a one-on-one fight. In the end, Goku, Frieza, Android 17, and Vegeta had to work together to weaken and defeat Jiren. It’s scary to think about what Jiren could do without the rules of the tournament.

Since the Tournament of Power happened a while ago, we don’t know how Jiren compares to other fighters. If Jiren’s training up to this point shows anything, it’s that he won’t be left behind any time soon.

Gohan Unleashed The Beast Within Him

Since the beginning, everyone looks up to Gohan as the model of possibility. Gohan, from the moment he emerged from the Saiyan space pod that Raditz had been controlling, was destined to become the protagonist of Dragon Ball Z and beyond. However, after Gohan’s victory against Cell, he began searching for a way to live his life that did not include violence.

Since the events of the Cell saga, Gohan has had a hard time keeping his strength and his motivation up to keep up with his training. In Super Hero, Gohan’s latent potential was at long last made manifest, and this time it was for good. Gohan underwent the transformation known as the Gohan Beast when he was certain that Cell Max had killed Piccolo. When Gohan was in this state, the formidable Cell Max was no match for him. Due to the vast reservoir of potential that Gohan has, it is very possible that, with the help of his new Gohan Beast form, he will be the most powerful character in Dragon Ball. This power may even be comparable to that of the gods.

Champa Is A Powerful, If Not Lazy, God Of Destruction

Dragon Ball Super introduced several Universes during Tournament of the Gods. Some Universes were linked, suggesting some worlds were twins.

Universe 7 followed this rule. In Universe 6, Beerus’ twin brother Champa was the God of Destruction. Champa often plots to get the upper hand on Beerus, leading to interesting back-and-forth discussions.

Beerus Is A Terrifying Destruction God

Beerus, the God of Destruction of Universe 7, is one of Dragon Ball’s most powerful characters. One of the main reasons Dragon Ball Super exists today is because of his appearance in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the Gods.

It was through Beerus that the Saiyans found out about Super Saiyan God — a transformation that opened the floodgates to a whole new level of power that could be attained by this race in Dragon Ball Super. Despite the discovery of Super Saiyan God and other transformations along the way, Beerus’ strength and ruthlessness vastly outclass any mortal in Universe 7.

Whis has barely used his abilities.

There is an Angel who accompanies each God of Destruction, and that Angel’s job is to instruct and mentor the Destroyer Gods. Angels assist keep their Destroyer God’s impulses in line, should they decide to wipe out a whole Universe at the drop of a hat. This dynamic was on full show when Whis knocked Beerus out with one stroke.

Whis is the Angel of the Seventh Universe, and he has a strong relationship with Beerus, with whom he travels the stars in search of tasty food and destroys unimportant worlds. Whis has also coached Goku and Vegeta, assisting them in becoming far more powerful than they were in Dragon Ball Z.

Vados Is Whis’ Strong Sister

In the same vein as Champa and Beerus, Whis too had a sister, although an older sibling who educated him in the ways of the Saiyan way. Because of this, Vados is theoretically in a better position to win than Whis. In spite of this, Vados’ might is very seldom seen in action. On the other hand, if one were to believe what Whis has to say, Vados is one of the most powerful characters in Dragon Ball.

Vados is the Angel of Universe 6 and, like Whis, is responsible for keeping Champa in check and preventing rust. Champa’s training with Vados is one of the few things that keeps him as strong as he can be.

Grand Minister Is The Father Of All Angels

The Grand Minister is the most powerful Angel ever created, and hence the Universe’s second most powerful warrior. Even though fans haven’t seen much of the Grand Minister’s might, the rare instances when he’s demonstrated his mastery are proof of his astounding strength.
Despite his friendly and charming demeanor, the Grand Minister is rigorous when it comes to following the laws of the multiverse. The only person stronger than the Grand Minister in the entire Universe is the person he advises and guides.

While there are technically two Zenos in Dragon Ball Super, they are both equals. The Omni-King who lords over all Universes may not appear to be much, but a single blunder in his presence can prove lethal for anybody who is unaware of Zeno’s volatile mood.

Zeno’s ability to destroy entire Universes without breaking a sweat demonstrates that the Omni-King is the strongest being in the entire Dragon Ball series. In fact, he makes a strong case for being the most powerful character in all of anime.
