Returns
We accept returns on products that we shipped out and if the item is defective due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item or damaged item).
The item(s) must be returned with evidence of purchase.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. For additional information, please contact our support staff at help@animeape.com. Please be aware that the return shipping charge is your responsibility.
Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of arrival. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since you received the item.
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original mode of payment within a set number of days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be formally posted.
Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time (5 business days).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t gotten your refund yet, check your bank account once more. Then, call your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then, talk to your bank. Usually, it takes some time to process a refund before it shows up on your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at teeanime.shop@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items can’t be returned for a refund, but regular-priced items can.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are broken or don’t work because of mistakes we made in making or shipping them. Send us an email at teeanime.shop@gmail.com if you need to exchange it for the same thing. The people who work in customer service will look over your claim. If your claim is accepted, we will give you an address to send it back to.
WHICH REPLACEMENT EVIDENCE SHOULD I SUBMIT?
Our return/replacement process depends on you sending us all the proof you have to show that there was a shipping or product error. Please note that you have to send all of the pictures that are needed. If not, we can’t accept items for return or replacement.
Wrong product shipped
As proof, please send some pictures, such as:
- Take a picture of the wrong shoes you got.
- Picture of the label for shipping.
Size issue
Please show proof by sending the picture:
- Picture of the label for shipping.
- Use a ruler to figure out how big the item is.
- Picture of the item you bought
Broken/ Damaged items:
Please send some proof pictures, such as:
- Picture of the thing that is broken
- Picture of the label for shipping.
CANCELLATIONS
If you decide you don’t want to buy something, send an email to teeanime.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the change you want to make. Once the change or cancellation has been made, we’ll let you know.
Your order can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of when it was placed. After that time, the order can no longer be changed or canceled because it has been locked for processing.
Please be aware that there will be a management and transaction fee of 1.5% of the total value of your order.
Only switching orders get a full refund.
As soon as you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel the old ones and give you a full refund.
